Facial steaming is similar to body steaming, but on a smaller scale.
Recommended skin types
Face steaming is good for most skin types, however, if one has extremely sensitive skin, it is best to skip this. If you suffer from rosacea or very dry sensitive skin.
How to use
If you don’t have a face steaming machine, you can simply bring a bowl of water to a boil. Take 2 – 3 teaspoons out of the steam bag and make sure you don’t get too close to the boiling water. It is important to not overdo it: 10 – 15 minutes is recommended.
Ingredients
Lavendula flower, Mentha Virdis leaf, Matricaria Recutita (Camomille) flower, Rosemary leaf, Rose flower, Juniperus Communis fruit.
